I have been in the appraisal

business since 1975 and 

formed "Arnie Butler and

Company" in 1987 with a

desire to focus appraisal

projects on ranch, farmland, 

and commercial properties.

I am a Colorado Certified General Appraiser, as well as having the professional designation of MAI from the Appraisal Institute.  I am also a qualified expert in valuations.

My favorite job as an appraiser are the days when I can be out on a ranch site, assessing the property and buildings, just spending time in the beautiful outdoors!
